Upside Down

If I had to do it again I could. Literally I could turn everything upside down and start again.

I don’t need to, so now live in somewhat mental luxury, but I have the ability to help others. I know what’s coming when change is afoot and how much bravery you need to do it.

In simple terms, it goes back to my relationship with a box. The box that you get stuck in, that one you can’t lift the lid on to get out.

You begin hating everything inside the box and that what causes you to want change.

Where to start? Start small. Start with the domestic situation. Have a spring clean, have a car boot sale (post pandemic).

Clearing your physical clutter is a great way to start – try it and see, even if it is only that untidy drawer in the kitchen.
