It’s not too late. It’s not ever too late. Whilst the pandemic has taken its toll, let’s face it – the high street was already struggling.

So what are the problems?

From a consumers point of view its the opening hours, the parking, the hassle.

Although online shopping is easy – its the rummaging we enjoy, the social aspect and the community.

Which brings me onto a subject that again, from a consumers point of view, needs seriously addressing.

Customer service.

If these things can be put right and combined with an online business strategy, a bricks and mortar retail outlet has every chance of success.
